Shipping and returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Prior to processing your order, the customer will be offered several shipping options (e.g. UPS, FedEx, mail), subject to availability of service at the shipping address, with various delivery options and prices. Please review the Terms and Conditions of Use or any other applicable documentation of the company selected prior to accepting their service for delivery, as they operate independently of SLVE and are not subject to any of SLVE’s policies (including regarding privacy).

Should the product in the required quantity be in stock, the order will be shipped within a week after finalizing the requisition. As soon as the order is shipped, a notice will be sent to the customer. If the product in the required quantity is out of stock, the order will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after finalizing the requisition.

A notice will be sent to the customer if the product is out of stock and a separate notice will be sent once the order is shipped. The time estimates provided are only for the already designed products. Customized designs are subject to significant time variance and any time estimates will be provided on an individual basis.

Where available, you will be provided with the order and tracking number and will be able to track the shipment as its being delivered.

RETURNS POLICY

SLVE will accept returns for a full refund less shipping costs for any product that are returned within 2 weeks after the shipment of the product if the product is unused and is still in its original packaging. “
